- When metadata of a system or cluster needs update, example:
- Add\remove customer accounts from a specific system or list of systems. (per end customer install base)
- Change\update detault contact person for a cluster
- Change\update cluster \ node phisical location
- serial needs to be change
- A Non-technical case must be open.
